Become a SEM Distributor or Reseller
Sysgem is a software development company whose main marketing and selling activities are conducted through distributors.
Therefore, we welcome new distributors who are interested in marketing and selling our products.
We offer generous commissions to our distributors, first class products and excellent technical support to both distributors and customers.
Our products are multi-platform (Windows / UNIX / Linux / OpenVMS / OS/400) and are focused on: Identity & Access Management; Systems Monitoring; System Management.
We distinguish between two categories of products.
‘Problem-Oriented’ Products
These are software products with a short selling cycle. The potential customer has a problem for which we offer a solution. A short examination shows whether the product can solve their problem so that the customer can quickly decide if they want the product or not.
These are ‘out of the box’ products.
In this category we offer:
• Sysgem Self-Service Password Reset
• Sysgem Password Synchronizer
• Sysgem Password Policy Enforcer
• Sysgem Logfile Concentrator
• Sysgem Configuration File Manager
‘Project- Oriented’ Products
These software products are usually embedded in a customer project and need to be tailored according to the customer’s requirements. Therefore, the selling cycle is usually longer, perhaps up to 12 months.
We recommend that the distributor should have consultants involved in the project at the customer site or on a part-time basis from the distributor’s support centre, although, strictly speaking, this isn’t mandatory.
In this category we offer three mainstream products:
• Sysgem User Account Management
• Sysgem System Management
• Sysgem Development Environment for bespoke applications written by the customer, the distributor, Sysgem or a third party.
Distributor Profiles:
For Sysgem’s ‘Problem’ oriented products:
Distributors with good ‘management-level’ contacts and a large number of prospects in their territory.
For Sysgem’s ‘Project’ oriented products:
Distributors able to deploy consultants at customer sites or consultants with a proportion of their time dedicated to direct customer support. Ideally, distributors should already be involved in Identity and Access Management projects.
We welcome distributors of any size and particularly if they have a history of involvement in Identity and Access Management or System Management.
